1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

Return Period

You must initiate the return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Item Condition

Returned products must be in new, unused condition, free from wear, damage, or alteration, and must include:

  • Tags and labels

  • Any included accessories

Proof of Purchase

You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

ArcRaiders-Merch.com reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.


2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

“Return Request – [Your Order Number]”

Include the following information:

  • Item(s) you wish to return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA) along with the return shipping address.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ArcRaiders-Merch.com is not responsible for lost returns.

  • Clearly include your RA number inside the package.

Important: Returns sent without authorization or without an RA number may be refused or not processed.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color):

  1. Initiate a return following the steps above.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures faster service and guarantees product availability.


4. Refunds

Refund Approval Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email:

  • Approved Refunds: Refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Rejected Refunds: If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition

  • Returns requested after 14 days (accepted only at our discretion)

  • Original shipping costs, which are typically non-refundable


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping costs — at no extra charge.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (processing times vary).

  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@arcraiders-merch.com for assistance.


7. Return Shipping Address

All authorized returns must be sent to the address provided along with your RA number.
Do not ship items back without approval, as they may not be processed or refunded.
