1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (warehouse local time) may be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or large promotions, processing times may be extended slightly.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).


2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.


🇺🇸 United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fee applies)

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Notes:

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

  • Weather, customs, or carrier delays may occur.


🇪🇺 European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout

  • Customs & Import Duties: VAT, customs fees, or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays: Customs processing may extend delivery times.


🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated based on destination and weight

Brexit Notice:
Import VAT and customs duties may apply. These charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Delays: Customs inspections may increase delivery time.


🌍 All Other Countries

  • Standard Shipping: 10–21 business days (varies by location)

  • Shipping Fees: Displayed at checkout

  • Customs & Duties: All import fees, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Exceptions:
Remote, military, or restricted locations may experience longer transit times.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Total order weight

  • Selected shipping method

All costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

Important:

  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped an incorrect or defective product.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Some international tracking may not update in real time.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Delayed Deliveries

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers.
ArcRaiders-Merch.com is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal issues

  • Natural events

  • Strikes

  • Peak periods

Lost Shipments

If your package has not arrived within 30 days past the estimated delivery date:

  1. Verify the shipping address entered at checkout.

  2. Check with your local postal office or neighbors.

We will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If the package is lost or returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

  • If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
